Instagram recently released an update that allows users to assess the amount of time they have been spending on the app. The tracker breaks your usage down to a day by day graph, showing the amount of time you spend on the app during the past seven days. The tracker also uses an algorithm to present the average time you spent per day using the Instagram app on your device in the last week. For the purpose of research, we requested access to this tracker on our interviewees phones. What we received is presented below:
